We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Elixir27. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you with a resolution. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. If a return is approved, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
